NBA secured a reserved matters approval for the erection of 170 residential dwelling, including open space, green infrastructure & a noise cancelling bund adjacent the M1, sustainable drainage system and other associated works.
The layout forms a natural residential extension to the edge of the village with good pedestrian links and is focused around a central open space. The site also includes an extension to an existing play area, a balancing pond, enhancing natural biodiversity and a rural edge in the forms of a landscaped bund between the site and the motorway.
The development of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes is under construction and is anticipated to be completed in 2018.
