NBA were commissioned by a private client to design and obtain planning permission for 5 luxury apartments in replacement of an existing 5 bedroom detached dwelling. Located in the centre of Solihull, the proposal was designed to address the focal corner whilst respecting the surrounding properties and boundary tree constraints. Following planning permission we then worked closely with the builder to produce a full set of working drawings for the construction of the build. We are extremely happy with the final result as is the client.
