Our Clients (who previously have never had any development experience) took the decision to demolish the existing family home and construct two 4 bedroom detached properties on the site.
The site was subject to a number of constraints, namely an existing sewer easement and a number of large trees, however we were able to secure planning consent and construction work has now commenced.
